This website describes Sysmera’s work and is provided for general information only. Nothing on it is professional, legal, financial or investment advice, and it does not form part of any contract unless we agree that separately in writing.
3. Figures and sources
Figures on this site (farmer counts, plot counts, hectares mapped and similar) are working figures as at the date shown, drawn from our own project registers and, where noted, from third-party datasets. We verify figures against final project reports before publication and correct any we find to be wrong.
4. Intellectual property and trademarks
The Sysmera name and logo, and the OriginTrace name, are trademarks of Sysmera Limited. The content, design and code of this site belong to Sysmera or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, other than for normal browsing and fair quotation with attribution.
5. Links to other sites
This site links to origintrace.app and to third-party sites such as our partners’ websites. We are not responsible for the content or availability of sites we do not control.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by Kenyan law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the Kenyan courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
