What we build
ICT project management
Most technology projects that go wrong do so between the vendors: the cabling contractor waits for the electrician, the furniture arrives before the floor boxes, and nobody owns the date. We act as your project manager or project management office for ICT work. You get one plan, one budget view and one person accountable for bringing the vendors together on time.
What we do
- Project management for office moves, fit-outs, upgrades and system roll-outs
- PMO as a service: planning, reporting and governance for a portfolio of ICT projects
- Vendor management: scopes, quotations, comparison, purchase orders and follow-up
- Budget and schedule control, with a change log and early warning on risks
- Coordination with landlords, building managers, fit-out contractors and your IT team
- Close-out dossiers: as-built records, test results, warranties, asset lists and contacts

What a project manager changes
On a technology project in an occupied office, the hard part is rarely the technology. It is the sequence: which works need the floor closed, which supplier needs a decision by Friday, and which delivery cannot move. We keep the sequence in one plan that every vendor sees.
We report against that plan every week in plain language: what is done, what is late, what it costs and what we need from you.
Budget and vendors
We write the scopes that vendors quote against, so that quotations can be compared line by line. We track commitments and invoices against the approved budget, and every change is logged with its reason and cost before it is agreed. You approve; we make sure nothing is spent that you have not approved.
Close-out
A project is finished when the next person can run what was built. Our close-out dossier collects the as-built drawings, test results, warranties, configuration backups, asset register and supplier contacts in one indexed file, delivered on paper or into your document system.
Case study
End-to-end technology management of an international group's regional office relocation in Nairobi
Our team managed the technology side of an international group's move to a new regional office in Nairobi, from planning and vendor management to the move itself and the close-out records.
The method on that project is the one we use today: one plan, managed vendors, weekly reporting and a close-out dossier at the end.
Frequently asked
Do you replace our IT team?
No. We manage the project around your IT team and your vendors. Your team keeps running the systems; we keep the plan, the budget and the vendors on track.
Can you manage vendors you did not select?
Yes. We take over existing contracts and scopes, review them, and agree with each vendor the reporting it owes.
How do you report?
A short written report every week, with the plan, the budget position, decisions needed and risks. Meetings are kept for decisions.
Do you take on projects outside Nairobi?
Yes, across Kenya and East Africa, with site visits planned into the schedule.
