We stay after go-live. Every platform we build is hosted, backed up, monitored and supported by the people who built it. For a small number of organisations we run the whole technology function the same way: Microsoft 365 and helpdesk, the suppliers and licences behind them, and the office moves and technology projects that come up. One accountable partner; licensed contractors for the works.
What we do
- Hosting, backups, offsite copies and monitoring for the systems we build
- User support and training refreshers
- Supplier and licence management around the platform (connectivity, devices, cloud)
- For selected clients: managed IT, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, vendor management and technology projects such as office relocations and telephony migrations
